Criad provides an AI-powered federated BIM platform for construction and AEC professionals. Our Services include model federation, change tracking, AI-assisted queries, quantity takeoffs, and related tools accessible through our web-based platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data, models, and content you upload to the platform ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Criad a limited licence to process, store, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

We do not claim ownership of your BIM models, project data, or any proprietary information you provide. Your data is yours.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services
• Use the Services to transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Services without our written consent

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding User Content), are owned by Criad and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

8. Payment and Billing

Certain Services may require payment. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of purchase or subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Criad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may export your User Content prior to termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms
